Air travel becomes more reliable when the flight is not restricted by poor weather or darkness. This can be achieved with a correctly equipped airplane and an instrument rated pilot. The rated pilot and the instrument equipped airplane must be able to cope with restricted visibility because when flying through cloud, rain, mist, smog or snow, the natural horizon and ground features can be difficult or sometimes impossible to see.
IMC training will cover:
IMC will allow a pilot to fly out of site of the surface, except vectors and clearances without the worry of losing visual conditions, fly on instruments inside controlled airspace and fly with Air Traffic Services outside controlled airspace.
To sum this training section up, pilots will undergo observation and learn how to fly an airplane on instruments with and without the assistance of auto pilot. You will begin training in a small aircraft and go through the steps required to make your flight more enjoyable. Not all aspects of this training will be required, depending on your knowledge prior to training.
This course has been brought to you to make your FSX experience more enjoyable and to enhance you're flying knowledge.
